Nothing is known about Vince's life prior to the outbreak, except that he was convicted of shooting an unarmed man in Macon in order to protect his brother. He flees the scene, and threw the gun in the trash, but it was find and Vince is caught and convicted, and taken aboard a bus to serve his sentence in prison.
