This man first appears talking to another resident about the increased rate of victims due to a new virus going around, as well the increasing amount of shootings by the police.
The man is later seen among the crowd with his friend and Shawn Greene, witnessing the struggle against a Police Officer and a Homeless Man. After the homeless man is shot, the man along with his friend and Shawn flee from the area as a riot breaks out.
This man's current fate and whereabouts are Unknown.
